I want to share my experience with buffpro as my machine was having slight problems cutting out and losing intermitently. I called buffpro and left a message the plane was important as it was going to Oshkosh in few days. I spoke with the owner and in matter of few minutes he walked me through how to fix the problem and gave me two different easy solutions. I found one of the wires was worn down through the time of using it. The support and patience was absolutly amazing and the machine when you get to see the motor and parts are built to last. I am a vintage Airstream enthusiast and have polished four of them. It is a lot of aluminum and a lot of work. I learned about the Buff Pro Polisher, studied the tool and decided to order one figuring it will save me a bunch of work and time. I had a question on polishing drum pads and Buffpro was very quick to reply. I then placed my order and much to my surprise there was no shipping charge and two day delivery. I bought a BuffPro Axial Polishers a while back and continue with the old ways of polishing. Then I needed to use the BuffPro Axial and loved it like love at first sight! After three months of use, it started to smell like burning electric wires and it quit on me, leaving me helpless and looking for the old tools.So I loved it, but it's the ability to withstand the day-to-day use; I can't say I was able to say it could. I called the customer service number and got into a conflict with people who pitched me to the next person. I can't afford to buy and buy without insurance. The company will back up any wrong. They definitely let me down!
