Shipping Policy
Orders received on weekdays before 1:00pm CST are usually shipped that same day. Orders received after this time, on weekends or holidays will ship on the following business day.
Orders ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping within the continental US takes from 1-4 days.
Return Policy
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all new unused products returned to MAC Polishing Co., Inc. within 30 days. Customers must contact MAC Polishing Co., Inc. via contact form prior to returning any items for refunds. A Return Authorization number will be assigned to the order and must accompany the return shipment.
